The perfect UV filter contained in it protects the model against color fading and, above all, gives it durability for years. Prepared to work with an airbrush without the need for dilution, even for long sessions without clogging. However, if necessary, it can be diluted “Modellers World Acrylic Doctor”. Products Modellers World series Anti-UV they protect the model against the harmful effects of sunlight and external factors on the paint coatings to which they have been applied, so that the models after years of standing on the shelf do not darken, turn yellow or fade and enjoy the eye for decades. They are also suitable as an undercoat washe, oil paints, decals, can be applied over acrylic, enamel or oil paints.
Glossy after drying – a great base for various types of glazes, wash, a decal application, or a final varnish of shiny objects, vehicle bodies.
How to use:
We recommend an airbrush application. The product is prepared for work without additional dilution, so use a pipette to pour it into the airbrush container. Using the same pipette, you can suck up the unused varnish and pour it back into the bottle. For the best effect, apply multiple thin layers, drying the model in between with an airbrush or dryer. The recommended pressure depends on the environmental conditions, at room temperature we suggest: for a nozzle 0,3 – 1 bar (15 psi), with a slight trigger operation. The varnish obtains its full hardness and resistance after approx. 24h. Until then, do not perform any further treatments on the model.
